Parliamentary Poet Laureate Writes of Kamloops

The Cree poet Louise Bernice Halfe – Sky Dancer, Canada’s current Parliamentary Poet Laureate, has written a public poem about the children whose bodies were discovered at the former Residential School in Kamloops. It is called Angels: 215>, 1820-1979 “The Past Is Always Our Present”.
